53 days and counting

So I ran a mile in 14 minutes. I have to get to 5 miles, 12 minutes each. That's more of an endurance issue.

After that mile, i was TIRED, so in the interest of improving endurance, but not at the cost of my knees, I switched to the elliptical for 15 minutes. Yes, it's a cop out, I know, but my legs HURT.

Besides, it's still good for my cardiovascular system.

I also have a job interview (!!!!!) friday.
